We provide comprehensive care for reasonable fees. In order to maintain our reasonable fees, payment is due at the time services are rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 757.874.6501. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear up any misunderstandings.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Care Credit. We also participate with most of the major insurance companies in the area. If you have questions regarding our participation with your insurance company, please call 757.874.6501 prior to your appointment for information.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by our office regardless of your insurance coverage. Our staff will help you to understand the fees involved in your care prior to any treatment being rendered. They will also provide an estimate of the amount that your insurance coverage may provide. But, exclusions, fee allowances, and annual deductibles vary among individual insurance contracts and often change for the same contract. We cannot be responsible for your contract with the insurance company.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
